Cards and travel
Futello is the umbrella brand: “The smart choice for your rewards.” Cards compares Canadian credit cards, strategies, rewards programs and welcome offers. Travel with points brings together your temporary wallet of declared balances, the destination explorer and trip planning. These tools do not verify availability or book trips.
What Futello does
Futello compares credit cards offered in Canada against a spending scenario: yours, if you answer the questionnaire, or a published reference scenario for each profile and each usage. For every scenario the calculation applies each card’s earning rates, caps, annual fee, provincial eligibility and, when confirmed, its welcome offer. The result is a strategy: a single card or a combination of cards, with the estimated net value and how to split your spending.
The methodology describes every step of the calculation, what is measured and what is not.
What Futello does not do
- Futello gives no financial, tax or legal advice. Results are estimates that depend on declared and published data.
- Futello sells no card and processes no application: applying always happens on the issuer’s site, under its terms.
- Futello never connects to your bank accounts and requires no account creation.
- Futello promises neither approval nor rates: the geographic eligibility shown never guarantees that an application is accepted.
Where the data comes from
Card characteristics (rates, caps, fees, insurance, benefits, welcome offers) come from the issuers’ official pages, collected and verified regularly. Every card page shows its verification date and distinguishes a confirmed fact from an undocumented one: missing information is never replaced by an assumption. Card images are the official visuals published by issuers.
100% Canadian
Futello is designed, operated and hosted in Canada. The site and its database are hosted by OVHcloud in its Beauharnois data centre, in Quebec: your questionnaire answers, your results and your declared balances stay there. Strategies are calculated on that same server, and the AI assistant uses a model processed in the Montréal region. E-mails are sent through Zedmail, a Canadian delivery provider also hosted in Quebec. The providers involved are listed in the privacy policy.
Independence
Futello is an independent project. It is an affiliate of Milesopedia: some application links are compensated and clearly labelled, with no effect on rankings. Read about our independence and funding.
